Westbram family physicians offer comprehensive primary care from prenatal services to geriatric care.
We will do our best for same day appointments for urgent/non-emergent issues. Please call us at 905-451-1244. For emergent issues, please visit your nearest emergency department. We do not encourage the use of walk in clinics as we are open 7 days a week.
Examples of urgent issues which can be seen with us include rash, simple urinary tract infections or minor injuries.
Examples of emergent issues that need to be seen in the emergency department include chest pain, stroke symptoms or severe injuries.

Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday — Sunday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Online Booking Link
Online booking is currently being piloted for Dr. Yazad Bhathena’s patients.
Semi-urgent online booking: Each weekday, we set aside 3 appointments specifically for online booking, and on Fridays, we reserve 12 additional appointments in the morning for this purpose. All of these spots become available to book exactly 3 days in advance. If you would like to book one of these appointments, please select the “Semi-Urgent” option when making your online booking
All other available appointments can be scheduled by calling our front desk directly.

NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to 2 appointments, or if you provide less than 48 hours’ notice for 2 appointments, then before you can book your third appointment with your physician, there will be a no show fee.
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE.
IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE 48 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE, THIS WILL CONSTITUTE A “NO SHOW”.
